【星岛综合报道】一名女子Natalia Smith日前在社交平台TikTok发帖,指遭黑客盗用信用卡于Costco购买一条价值2999元的金条。她表示事发当日收到大通银行(Chase)短讯通知有关消费,随即报案并取消信用卡。她同时发现大量垃圾电邮涌入,相信电邮账户亦遭黑客入侵。 起初大通银行愿意退款,但其后Costco表示货品已送到事主旧地址,并由一名叫Vanessa的人签收,故此交易有效要重新收费。Smith其后向警方报案,而大通银行表示需要Costco确认交易非经事主授权才可退款。但Costco指由于订单已送达,故无法处理。 @nataliamsmith The only winner here is the person who stole me CC information and currently has a $3000 gold bar that I am paying for.
